Are the prices inclusive of taxes?
Yes, all listed prices are inclusive of taxes. However, shipping charges are calculated at checkout unless your order qualifies for free shipping.
Do you offer customization on boxes?
Yes, customization is available for orders above 100 pieces with a single-color logo. For custom designs, you can contact the team via WhatsApp.
How does the shipping process work?
Orders are dispatched within 24–48 hours on business days. Delivery times range from 6 to 7 days depending on your region. Custom print orders take 7–10 business days.
Can I cancel my order after it has been placed?
Orders cannot be canceled once dispatched. If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, you can request cancellation via WhatsApp. A cancellation fee of ₹100 or 3% (whichever is higher) will apply.
