2. Orders & Payments

  • All orders must be placed through our official website or authorized channels.
  • Prices are subject to change without notice.
  • Full payment is required before order processing. We accept payments via credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and bank transfers.
  • Custom or bulk orders may require advance payment as per agreement.

3. Shipping & Delivery

  • We offer Pan India delivery. Shipping charges and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout.
  • Orders are shipped in a flat, unfolded form for safety and convenience.
  • HC Boxes is not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier services, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

4. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

  • Due to the nature of our products, returns are not accepted.
  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you must report it within 48 hours with proof (images/videos).
  • Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement. Once processing starts, cancellation is not possible.

  • All content on HC Boxes' website, including images, product designs, and text, is owned by or licensed to us and is protected under copyright laws.
  • Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of our content is strictly prohibited.
