At HC Boxes, we strive to provide high-quality packaging solutions and ensure customer satisfaction. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Returns Policy

We do not accept returns since our packaging products are made to order and customized as per client requirements. However, if you receive a damaged or defective product, we will assist you with a replacement or refund.

2. Eligibility for Replacement or Refund

You may request a replacement or refund if:

You receive a damaged or defective product.
The wrong product is delivered.
Items are missing from your order.

3. Reporting an Issue

To request a replacement or refund, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order. You must provide:

Clear photos or videos of the damaged/incorrect item.
Order ID and details of the issue.

4. Refund Process

Refunds will only be issued in cases of wrong or damaged products if a replacement is not possible.
Once your request is approved, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days via the original payment method.

5. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

Products that have already been used or assembled.
Custom-printed or personalized packaging.
Orders placed by mistake.
Minor color variations due to printing and material differences.

6. Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of placement.
Once the order is processed, it cannot be canceled.
